אתר זה מופעל על ידי ד״ר שמעון עוז (להלן: „בעל האתר” או „בעל השליטה במידע”).
האתר משמש להצגת מידע על הרצאות, סיורים וסדנאות בתחומי האסלאם והחברה הבדואית בנגב, וכן ליצירת קשר עם מתעניינים בפעילויות אלה.

7. יצירת קשר באמצעות WhatsApp וקישורים חיצוניים

האתר כולל קישור ליצירת קשר באמצעות WhatsApp וכן עשוי לכלול קישורים לאתרים או לשירותים חיצוניים.
בעת מעבר לשירות חיצוני עשויים לחול תנאי השימוש ומדיניות הפרטיות של אותו שירות. מומלץ לעיין בהם לפני מסירת מידע.

8. מסירת מידע לצדדים שלישיים

בעל האתר לא ימכור מידע אישי ולא יעביר אותו לצדדים שלישיים, אלא במקרים הבאים:
⦁ כאשר הדבר נדרש לצורך טיפול בפניית המשתמש או מתן שירות שהתבקש;
⦁ לספקים המסייעים בתפעול האתר, באחסונו, בתחזוקתו, באבטחתו או בניתוח נתוני השימוש בו;
⦁ כאשר מסירת המידע נדרשת לפי דין, צו שיפוטי או דרישה של רשות מוסמכת;

⦁ במסגרת שינוי מבני בפעילות, ובלבד שהגורם המקבל יקבל על עצמו את ההתחייבויות החלות ביחס למידע;
⦁ כאשר המשתמש נתן לכך הסכמה מתאימה.

9. עיבוד מידע מחוץ לישראל

ככל שנעשה שימוש בספקים בינלאומיים, מידע עשוי להישמר או להיות מעובד גם מחוץ לישראל.
במקרה כזה, העברת המידע תיעשה בהתאם להוראות הדין החל ובהתאם להסדרים המתאימים מול ספקי השירות.

10. שמירת מידע

מידע אישי שנמסר לצורך טיפול בפנייה יישמר למשך הזמן הנדרש לצורך מענה לפנייה, ניהול הפעילות, שמירת תיעוד סביר, עמידה בדרישות הדין והגנה על זכויות בעל האתר.
כאשר המידע אינו נדרש עוד למטרות אלה, הוא עשוי להימחק, להצטמצם או להישמר באופן שאינו מזהה את המשתמש, בכפוף להוראות הדין ולצרכים תפעוליים סבירים.

11. אבטחת מידע

בעל האתר נוקט אמצעים סבירים ומקובלים לצמצום הסיכון לגישה בלתי מורשית, שימוש לרעה, שינוי, חשיפה או מחיקה של מידע אישי, בהתאם להוראות הדין החלות עליו.

משתמש שמצא כי מידע אודותיו אינו נכון, שלם, ברור או מעודכן רשאי לבקש לתקנו או למחוק אותו, בהתאם להוראות הדין ולנסיבות העניין.
ניתן גם להגיש בקשה למחיקת מידע אישי אחר או לצמצום השימוש בו. בקשה כזו תיבחן בהתאם לדין, למטרות השמירה ולנסיבות העניין.
ככל שנשלחות הודעות שיווקיות, ניתן לבקש להפסיק את קבלתן בכל עת.
לצורך טיפול בבקשה, בעל האתר רשאי לבקש פרטים סבירים לאימות זהות המבקש.

תאריך העדכון האחרון יופיע בראש העמוד. במקרה של שינוי מהותי, תפורסם הודעה מתאימה באתר.

15. תנאי השימוש באתר

השימוש באתר ובתכנים המופיעים בו מיועד למטרות אישיות, פרטיות וחוקיות בלבד.
